Founded by Ken Douglas, 1st Impressions began with a pressure cleaner, a vision, and a lot of hard work.
After working as a sales representative and Area Manager for Gerni, Ken saw an opportunity to start his own pressure cleaning business. Together with his young family, he built 1st Impressions from the ground up, earning every customer through dedication, quality workmanship, and genuine service.
Today, Ken’s son, Callum, proudly continues the family business, expanding its services to include carpentry and a wide range of property maintenance solutions. While the business has grown, the values it was built on remain the same: honesty, reliability, and taking pride in every job.
